The high income comes with a sacrifice. The management is cut throat and does is full of drama, makes decisions on emotion and favoritism. My biggest career regret was working for this company BECAUSE of the leadership. It’s a constant flow of new managers working their way up power tripping and making non-leader decisions. You want to work with Walmart employees? This is the place for you then!
