My overall experience has been decent. There isn’t much of any formal training, they just kind of pair you with someone and they try to train you as they also are doing their job. It’s a decent way to learn, but in the home buying process there is so much knowledge required about loans, homes, construction and other things that should be covered with a formal training program.
