CyberCoders
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at CyberCoders was good. The commission and bonus structure is good for the staffing industry, and the freedom to build your own book of business adds quite a bit of flexibility for resourceful sales people.
With that said, the base pay is extremely low, at $24/hr, and it is an extremely competitive industry right now. Having to build your own book of business, manage your clients, and recruit for them, is quite a bit of work. Often times companies will have received multiple messages from other people at CyberCoders, and people will steal your accounts if they're able to. Most people don't start picking up steam until around 6 months in. It's a lot of trial and error before you start making any money. There are clear paths to growth however, and the role is extremely flexible, as it's fully remote.
Also, it should be noted that there is no paid time off. The medical benefits are great though, and there are around 14 holidays. Browse Other Reviews
