My overall experience at CyberCoders was good. The commission and bonus structure is good for the staffing industry, and the freedom to build your own book of business adds quite a bit of flexibility for resourceful sales people. One of the best sales training programs I have ever been through. Must be willing to hit the ground running and bring in business quickly. Leadership is very helpful in pointing you in the right direction for help and a collaborative team environment.
