Cyara is a great company to work with. Tons of potential and amazing offering in the CX space. Company logo slide is as impressive as any I've seen. Customers are the who's who of each industry and vertical.

Cyara had a great product and good team members. There is little to no professional development here, no leads whatsoever. Brought in new leadership and laid off people every 3 months. Stay away there is absolutely no way to hit quota here or have any sense of job security.

Cyara has a decent niche solution, in a market with almost no competition. The business is owned by PE firm K1 Ventures, who overpaid for the business in 2022, and are now driving it into the ground. The new-ish Leadership Team are all new K1 lapdogs with no sector expertise whatsoever.
