Former Employee The CEO and many of his trusted advisers are Canadian and view their fellow countrymen/women as superior to this who are not Canadian. There is a tendancy to use weight to drive performance in the sales team. I did not know 1 sales person on the sales team who make their number while I was there. The management team tends to avoid responsibility for negative outcomes. If it is not working, it is typically viewed as being the fault of the front line workers not executing properly, rather than poor planning, limiyed structure and/or lack of support. It was not uncommon for people to be terminated because they were viewed as being "too nice" which is viewed as a character flaw. Browse Other Reviews
