The US expansion seems to have simply happened far faster than what a realistic TAM would have been. Roughly 1/60 AE's in US hit target in 2022 and 2/50 in 2023. Beyond rough.

This is an amazing company, but the sales cycle is extremely challenging. Lots of internal change given newer to American market. Great people, best company I have worked for.

Lots of changes every year with leadership and direction. Feels like you start a new job every January. CRO position is a revolving door
