Great company from a culture and leadership standpoint, very collaborative / helpful environment. Product market fit has shifted in a negative direction in last 2 years, lots of competition and product itself is pricy for what it is. Can succeed but not an easy entry point for a new sales person.

The culture at this company overall is great but the sales team is a mess. No process, no structure, no attempt to make this better. No onboarding. You are expected to figure it out for yourself when you start and that continues through out the entire role. People are great, product is so-so but unrealistic expectations as far as quota attainment. Whole sales team left or was let go as well as SDR team. Inbounds are a joke. Outbound, forget about it! Good luck is all I can say.
