Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The culture at this company overall is great but the sales team is a mess. No process, no structure, no attempt to make this better. No onboarding. You are expected to figure it out for yourself when you start and that continues through out the entire role. It’s great not to be micromanaged but literally reps don’t get the support they need and ask for. It’s hard to be part of the sales team here.
The product market fit is declining. Inbounds are few and outbound is just as rare.
You can find a better place to join for a sales role.
