Current Employee2.3Sep 12, 2023This is a great place to go and get experience, but after you have your feet under you I wouldn't recommend this place. For many reasons from tech stack, to archaic processes/management. They will pull every technicality they can to not pay out commission. No benefits, 2 weeks of vacation, and truly a sink or swim environment and I write this as a top performing rep.

Over half of the user data stored in Avaya is from employees who have departed (whether through termination, which is very common, or through leaving of their own accord).
