Management is detached - doesn't know what we're working on, and doesn't help unless pushed. Company awareness is very limited due to limited marketing spend. Contract flexibility is non existent which kills deals.

Horrible management that has no clue on how to take product to market. Zero feeling for clients and how to close deals in a good fashion.

My overall experience is I’ll be surprised if they make it 2024. Only hope they have is firing everyone and hiring new BDE’s because that’s the only way to fool the new reps.
