Current Employee Very challenging environment with tremendous amount of admin workload placed on reps. Product doesn't build what sales or clients are asking for. Incentive comp is poorly structured and commissions often held back for number of pay periods for no reason. Multiple tiers of sales managers all managing up to one person in the end who is also in the weeds with reps. Short-term view by leadership under PE ownership hoping to cash-in quickly, so very little investment in the product. Divisional managing directors are disconnected from the business as well.
