Was told I could make X, but in reality, few sales reps hit quota, and hitting the OTE is very hard. All the starts have to align, which in the case can be dozens of stars...

My overall experience was positive. There were some things that could use improvement and there was a high turnover rate. However I felt supported and had resources to help me reach success.
