My overall experience was positive when I started in the call center, where I made decent money. However, it wasn’t until I transitioned to an outside sales role that I really began to see significant earnings. Things were going great until they changed the compensation plan and territories, which impacted my ability to make as much. The original expectation was that SMB reps should be earning over $150k, but the changes made that much more challenging.

Your on ramp for 6 months, after that if you don't average 75% performance attainment in a 60 day rolling period you go on stage 1 PIP this cycle continues until you go on stage 3 after stage 3 if you can't manage to average 75% attainment you will be let go from the company. Good company with a good culture. Sales teams are not supported well and there is a ton of backend wrangling to push deals through and an overall poor support system despite a ton of resources
