It is an amazing product, total PMF, they provide internet to residential and commercial services and own certain territories making it easy to win. However it can be hard to deal with internal processes and systems.

The position's leadership was solidified and there was good structure, however, the compensation in the role was mediocre. We were doing much more than we were being paid for. I think that overall it was a positive place to work, but the go-getters could have had more to gain.

Management are incompetent and the owners/board are criminals. Do not work anywhere in this company. They are terrible people
