The position's leadership was solidified and there was good structure, however, the compensation in the role was mediocre. We were doing much more than we were being paid for. I think that overall it was a positive place to work, but the go-getters could have had more to gain.

My overall experience was great. I learned a lot from the door to door process and built strong tenacity to keep going regardless of 'not feeling it'. Determination outperforms skill with mediocre drive anytime.
