This could be a good job for you if you land on the right team with the right leader who can help you succeed. A lot of turnover and internal politics with the same few people being successful every year.

The position's leadership was solidified and there was good structure, however, the compensation in the role was mediocre. We were doing much more than we were being paid for. I think that overall it was a positive place to work, but the go-getters could have had more to gain.
