Overall experience was very positive despite some of the challenges. I joined the industry right before Covid hit which is important context because that obviously changed everything. I don't think the company took advantage of the opportunity to restructure and innovate. I don't think leadership was willing to go far enough to affect the change needed to enable innovation.
