Toxic workplace, several layoff rounds, and a sinking ship. Leadership sold their soul to investors and are now paying the price (or rather the employees/ former ones paid the price).

Target impossible to achieve. Employee living in fear of the next round of layoff (happeningevery quarter). Long sales-cycle. Low OTE. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My overall experience is really mitigated. What we are selling - the promise is really good: developing people - but the culture and the leadership is so poor
