Toxic workplace, several layoff rounds, and a sinking ship. Leadership sold their soul to investors and are now paying the price (or rather the employees/ former ones paid the price).

my overall experience was bad. poor leadership, they never listened and never provided solutions. no training. lacked serious company infrastructure. had potential, but too bad.

The sales targets that were provided in 2023 dramatically increased from the previous year. On top of that, the incentive structure was also updated which made it difficult to earn good commission until you hit 50% of your target. The leaders in the mid-management positions are excellent. The heads of the countries and the VP of sales are all supportive and incredible its when you get to the top layers which unfortunately filter down.
