Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Historically all leads have been inbound, but a combination of the economic downturn and the loss of our head of marketing has caused the inbound flow to slow down. Some outbound efforts are required to keep the pipe full. We're a little bit of a niche in our market, so we're not the right solution for every company. Leadership feels very strongly that we do NOT sell to bad-fit customers. This has been very refreshing to me as an AE because there isn't the pressure to "sell to anyone and everyone, at all costs". The commission structure is the best I've seen at any company & there is a clear path for promotions/salary increases.
