My colleagues is an aspect of why I like to work here but mid-senior level leadership can be toxic which leads to high turnover of ICs.

Even when you win, they adjust and withhold earned commissions that should be paid per their own plan without a word. The comp plan is a moving target.

Good product offering with an excellent database and an easy to use platform. The head of Canadian sales was a wonderful leader, overall customers enjoyed the platform but Cisions pricing was consistently twice the price as competition.
