They set every SE's quota to match the entire sales org's quota so that we receive payout every month based on the org's attainment %. The problem is that the org's quota is so high that we have not hit 100% attainment even a single month all year.

Ever since the merger between channeladvisor and commercehub, it's been a train wreck. I would not recommend looking at joining ChannelAdvisor (Rithum) right now.

Good company overall, but seems to be lacking cohesive direction. I have a great manager and coworkers, just concerned with the longevity of the role.
