Since the organization started cutting jobs and resources over the last 2 years, the company has greatly changed. Centage was acquired earlier this year and the company is transitioning back to an in-office culture and remote workers have been continuously let go and resources have been cut. OTE was at one point very achievable, but not anymore. New management has been making quick decisions without taking input from old employees. Lots of influx
