Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Training was 4 weeks long, mostly based on sales theory rather than practical application. The trainer told us one thing to do, Sales manager told us to do it differently. The clients we call have all been called from us multiple times in the past, to the point, that they can recognize the script and ask, "Are you calling from Care.com?" Only to hang up. You're expected to make 2 sales per week to meet the quota, but my team of 10 people only managed to average 6 sales a week. In the interview, when asked, "How many people meet quota?" The manager replied, "Everyone on my team has hit quota" This is absolutely untrue. The service we were selling was a "nice to have" service, but not an absolute necessity.
