Great products and good team members but overall company is behind it's competitors in terms of pay and culture. Can make 25% more in the same roles with competitors.

Great culture, but for inside sales at parmed you just didn’t make any real money! It was ridiculous. lol your making for instance $70K while your colleague who is experienced and has tenure is making $175K for no other reason then, that the director and manager is buddy with them. Etc. yep

Not a lot of inbound, hard cold calling culture. The segment is heavy on clients knowing who Cardinal Health is.
