Current Employee Leadership is garbage. They have no clue what the field does. Absolutely no onboarding for any position, no support, moving targets, and products launched too quick. Huge lay off and VSP in 2023, employees doing multiple jobs. Low compensation, insurance sucks, benefits suck, only positive is the 10% 401k match that you have to spend 3 years at the company to vest. With the current market, 401ks are a bad investment/ retirement plan though. I wouldn’t recommend CASE CE to my worst enemy until the leadership changes. Why have they let the VP stay this long? He’s running case reputation in to the brand, he’s running good people off. The turnover is ridiculous, it should be a sign that people close to him quit. People he brings on (aka his linked in recruits) quit when they get to know him and the culture he’s created. Horrible business decisions being made, new products won’t continue.. so much wasted money.
