Given a lot of resources, however commission structure is based on results month prior and quotas not received till mid month. Therefore resulting in a lot of hitting quota then not next month due to jacking quota based on one good month

A great start in the med sales field, opportunity is very dependent on territory. Some territories benefit far more from strategic partnerships than others. Quarterly quota hikes tend to drive reps away. Intake team and customer support constantly turns over.

Corporate Leadership is horrible. Nightmare fuel. Operations and Customer teams do not care about patients or account retention. This company treats it reps like a sweatshop. always finding ways to pay lower commissions. Stay way!
