Corporate Leadership is horrible. Nightmare fuel. Operations and Customer teams do not care about patients or account retention. This company treats it reps like a sweatshop. always finding ways to pay lower commissions. Stay way!

A great start in the med sales field, opportunity is very dependent on territory. Some territories benefit far more from strategic partnerships than others. Quarterly quota hikes tend to drive reps away. Intake team and customer support constantly turns over.

Exceptionally poor senior leadership. No development. Monthly moving targets to keep commission payout low. Great place to get your foot in the door for medical sales and learn what not to invest in for your future.
