Aggressive expansion strategy led to company's demise. Pay was awesome, the culture not so much. A lot of financial mismanagement by the Mid-senior employees.

Experience was good with the organisation as got to learn new skills and learnings necessary for sales. Got to understand market and consumer behaviour, pricing strategy, negotiation technique. Overall the organisation helped in developing my overall performance.
