They hired top performing experienced reps from direct competitors and promised high earnings. Targets were unachievable and the top reps were 50-60% of quota. If you are early in your career this is a great place to go to learn, get experience in the healthcare industry in the enterprise software and medical device space then move on. If you have been in the medical industry and making over 200K currently shy away from this place. The culture is pretty toxic with major micromanagement and the processes are what you’d expect at a start up.
