Their product is objectively bad. Many major SEOs recognize BrightEdge as 1 of multiple things: Overpriced, Underpowered, and disappointing. There are former AEs who will be readily available to tell you all about their horror stories.
Their ICP often chooses to not use them for a reason. There's a reason why they're constantly revisiting timing objections + hitting any NEW contacts at organizations. Leadership will say its always creating a new opportunity, but realistically it's because they are recognized as scam artists in the industry.
