They say they have a culture of "growth mindset" however, no one takes feedback and it is a "my way or the highway" type of environment. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Former Employee4.1Jan 23, 2024I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.
