My overall experience was mixed. I did not have a field sales manager for a large portion of the time but the pay was decent.

I was a national accounts rep which is the most entry level to their sales rep team. Reps made a base pay plus reimbursements for mileage, phone, and incidentals. You could earn money for incentives but not commission in this role.
