Not great. Always ask questions about what % of the team is hitting quota, and what would happen if you missed.

My overall experience was very sporadic. Great product and vision, my direct leadership was amazing but they weren't given the tools to succeed and often forced them to change Quota metrics once the team began to hit their numbers. A constant uphill climb.
