BrainCheck is a startup, and being at a start-up comes with it's own set of challenges. BrainCheck is the best start-up that I've ever worked at. Everyone works as a team, leadership appreciates it's people, and these are some of the most dedicated, hardest working people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. BrainCheck recognizes it's mistakes, and appropriately pivots and leans on it's people to solve challenges together. The management is also wonderful. They are transparent, honest and fair. If you don't just want to be a cog in a wheel, and you want to build something that will impact future generations, then you're at the right place.

Not great. Always ask questions about what % of the team is hitting quota, and what would happen if you missed.

My overall experience was very sporadic. Great product and vision, my direct leadership was amazing but they weren't given the tools to succeed and often forced them to change Quota metrics once the team began to hit their numbers. A constant uphill climb.
