Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Boostability is a joke of a sales program. The VP of sales and director have been caught hooking up and nothing happens. It is a super toxic sales floor and unless you’re apart of their friends you won’t move up. The Director and VP tell reps about everyone’s drama and they constantly talk bad about each rep. Inbound quality has decreased and almost all the reps are unhappy.
