You're expected to sell a product that has 0 market fit. Outdated software, glitchy, not appealing, lacking key functionality, and 0 integrations with anything. Compensation plan is poor because the deal sizes are so so small. More of a "retail transaction" selling software subscriptions typically around $100/month. Leadership doesn't lead, have no vision, and are extremely money hungry, firing people left and right. There is no employee recognition, rewards, or care for mental health. They continue to lie to employees and clients saying "oh that feature is coming soon or sure we can integrate", when they know this is not true at all. Don't waste your time.
