Product development is severely lacking, LMS and content look so outdated - you can see it in the eyes of our prospects they give the look of "Yeah this works but I am not excited about it"
Our competitive advantage in the marketplace is "customer service" which just shows that our product is very average
There have been many reps and one manager who have been let go due to poor performance. With no accountability from leadership saying "Hey, we hired poorly" or "Hey, we failed to properly train these reps" or any ownership whatsoever.
