It's Comp program if you're successful, can be super lucrative. To the 10 or so lucky people in our team, they did make upwards of 500k. However for the majority, it's mediocre. The culture sucks, the product is cool, but not needed and sucks. Really just going through the motions until I found something new.

My Overall experience has been Fantastic at this company. Offered fair compensation with high product demand for the sector. They have offered room to develop within my career. Regional/ national insurance coverage can greatly determine opportunity and compensation in this position, so you must truly understand the market in your region.

Great company. Great opportunity. Amazing potential for work life balance. Low base, commission tiers are 75%, 85% and 100%. No commission if below 75%.
