It's Comp program if you're successful, can be super lucrative. To the 10 or so lucky people in our team, they did make upwards of 500k. However for the majority, it's mediocre. The culture sucks, the product is cool, but not needed and sucks. Really just going through the motions until I found something new.

Great company. Great opportunity. Amazing potential for work life balance. Low base, commission tiers are 75%, 85% and 100%. No commission if below 75%.

My overall experience was good. It's a great size company to break into the industry with. I've noticed several changes in leadership over the past three years. I would work for Bioventus again.
