Current Employee The culture is second to none. Top of line leadership is excellent and there's a lot of trust/transparency from them on direction of the company. The product is well established and constantly evolving to better serve the market. Sales leadership is invested in improving by way of implementing new tools.amd strategies. However, this is not a plug and play environment. While there is a process in place, it is loose at times and the sale is not straightforward/quick. Some experience selling in a more controlled environment would serve well in success in this role. It's nice to have autonomy and input to influence getting better and growing with the team. The incentive comp structure is simple and generous when closing deals.
