A lackluster workplace, most incentives come in the form of perks like ski passes rather than actual financial incentives. They take advantage of those interested in their target market to bolster profits. There are not a lot of opportunities for true advancement.

The most poorly managed company I ever worked for. I have never worked with so many people so passionate about their industry, but so poorly compensated, communicated with, and respected. I hope that things have changed since 2020 (during which hundreds of us were unceremoniously fired).
