Selling at Awardco is amazing. I truly believe in the org vision, and that the leaders are more than capable/competent to help all reps (willing to put in the work) achieve it, individually and as a group. I’m all in- the product is amazing and best in class. The roadmap is going to revolutionize employee recognition/rewards and I believe no competitor will be able to keep up. Culture is amazing.
