I love the culture and people at Awardco. Considering Awardco sells a software about culture they definitely drink their own juice. It’s hard to work anywhere else knowing what culture could look like now. The growth plan for sales could be a lot better considering the average sales cycle is 6 months. It can be hard to climb the ranks. Leadership listens to the employees often and takes feedback very well. The base compensation is not as competitive compared to other SaaS organizations.

When I was there, the culture was trash. Nobody hitting quota, overhired even after leads stopped coming in. Really creepy vibes at the office and the parking lot smells like hot garbage during the summer. 0/0 do not recommend

Overall, the company is fine. Solid product, great team members. There is no such thing as actual development/training.
