It was decent place with nice staff but upward mobility was not the best and the training program was not great. Overall, very nice people with a nice culture.

working at avantor is a great opportunity to get exposed to the scientific world as you get to work alongside many companies in the industry. It would be nice to see a little more diversity in the company to reflect the world's diverse state.
