The fact that selling the product was so difficult but SDRs weren’t appreciated enough is what saddens me. Could have been so much better. Enterprise sellers in this area should be rewarded better. Also sudden layoffs.

Leadership was scrambling to find reasons for our lack of success, but it boiled down to a lack of vision/solid direction for the product. If they can decide where they want to play, and develop some clear differentiators, they may be able to carve out a position in the IDP market in 2025
