I hope to god the company has gotten better from its Stephen James Associates days. Back when I was there they paid you on a draw and you had to be 100% commission. It was literally the worst experience of my career.

Not a good industry to be in when the economy is not doing well and companies are not hiring, but when things are good, they are REALLY good

The company tries to recruit new college graduates who do not have experience in the work force, who do not know better opportunities exist! They like to party and drink weekly outing or head to bars after work. Some might enjoy this, though with a lack of pay you can't afford much.
