Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I was the official first hired class for their W2 team. Training was great, back in 2021 I was new the business, they were patient and I had constant business development. Once I got the hang of how things work and the sales process down I was able to reach and sometimes exceed my quota. Within the past year they have become very micro-managey; opportunities to get promoted are now far and few in between. They changed the way the commission was structured. At first I wasn’t feeling it but then I got on board because I did realize I could make more with the new way they were doing it. Either way it went we still got paid the following month 75% our bonus (they put away 25% in case of charge backs you get it back in 3 months). Now they changed it to we’re we don’t even get 75% of our bonus anymore.
