Current Employee My overall experience is less than satisfactory. Comp plan was not what we were told when we were hired and no one is hitting quota. It’s unfortunate because they used to have a good commission plan and hit good numbers. Market saturation and lack of product enhancements have killed what was a good product in a good market.
