Channel Retail is a mess. They have talented people that aren't being treated like professionals. There have been a lot of changes, but all for the worst. I don't see continued success for the program.

Its a great experience to work there. The only problem is that the product is so good you don't get any commision . Its just a base salary

Severely underpaid inside sales reps, well below the industry standard for the money we bring in. Quotas around $6.5-$10 million but about $100k OTE. Reps complain about living paycheck to paycheck while the company gets rich. Apple nickel and dimes us for team outings while their pockets get fat.

Low pay, egotistical leadership and no development or opportunity for career growth. Leadership was unable to support and usually made issues with clients or deals worse.
